About 2:30pm EST I started to have continuous data feed problems- DTC Client socket and SC Data all services? Is there a data feed problem? Please review my account and let me know if this a problem on my end? Thank you-

We are aware of the problem and we are not happy about this, and we have told our data provider about this, and we are working on an alternative solution to get this problem permanently resolved so we don't have to put up with this kind of nonsense.

We apologize for this. This really makes us look bad. We will get this resolved with an alternative solution we are working on.

Also our data provider is aware of the issue and they are working to resolve it.
