Forum thread unsubscribe doesn't work

I am unable to unsubscribe from individual threads through the unsubscribe link from the thread update notification email. It just sends me to a blank page and I continue to receive notification updates.

Let us know which threads you unsubscribed from and at what time. Note that for both of your account, we see that Enable Thread Notifications when replying to thread is activated here: https://www.sierrachart.com/SupportBoard.php?do=CP Which means that any time you reply to a thread you will be re-subscribed to it. Understood Support. However, I posted on the thread weeks ago and have been unsuccessful unsubscribing via the email link. As I said, blank page is all I get and continued email notification updates. In the end I unsubscribed by clicking the "unfollow" button at the top of the thread. I was just highlighting this to you as something you may want to investigate or remove from your email messages if the functionality does not work. |
