Hi Sierrachart staff, I am now on board, is it possible to add my trial period in to extend the next renewal date which is in 12 months time to 14 days above the current renewal date. Also, in regards to my discounted CME futures real time data packages, there is no issues going forward if my sierrachart account user info is different to futures broker user info right? Because when I was signing the agreement it requested me to enter my name which differs to my futures broker user. Kind Regards, Jackson |
