Hi, The Sierra Realtime datafeed for mini Instrument UMJ19 at BM&F Futures is not updating, however, for the same instrument full contract XIJ19 is updating. thank you |

The Data for BM&F has been restarted. We will need to look into why this happened and see if we can fill in the missing data.

This problem did happen again this morning and it has been restored. We have contacted our data provider about it. We are fairly sure we know why it happens and we think we now have it resolved. You will have some missing data in the chart from these interruptions but that has now been restored. Although the exchanges will not refund exchange fees. They just simply will not do that. A refund of the exchange fee is not possible.
