Hi, I have received the email below stating I need to connect my trading account to sierrachart once a month. "To continue to receive real-time CME data through the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed when using the lower-priced CME exchange fees which are enabled on your account, requires that you connect Sierra Chart to your live trading account at least once a month" Right now I am on the TT standard plan and my clearer is Marex. Unfortunately TT FIX is not available on the TT standard plan (only available through TT Pro) My question is if there is any other way I can prove that I have a live trading account and access to CME to be able to take advantage of the reduced fees. Yes there is a new way we have to accomplish this. You just need to use this new service where your trading account is made available to our TT FIX connection: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service Go through the setup instructions and fill out that form and we will contact Marex for you and then they should get in touch with you. You do not have to trade through that service if you do not want to, but it provides a means to verify you have a trading account. It does not cost anything extra.
