Scale buffer at top and bottom of Chart or Study window

Is there an ability to specify a buffer (blank space) at the top or bottom of study or chart window to allow for any Drawings (eg text or marker) positioned above or below a price bar to be seen when scale is set to 'Automatic'? For example, I annotate volume bars with text at the top of the bar, however as the automatic scale adjusts to fit the largest bar in the window, anything draw above is not visible unless the scale is adjusted manually. Thanks
