Trouble with upgrading from Transact Sierra Charts to direct Sierra Charts.(Sierra3.cfg)

Hello: I have been struggling changing from the broker Sierra chart package I get from Transact to a Sierra Chart direct package. Have followed the instructions from this link Transferring Sierra Chart Settings and Data From Existing Installation to New Installation All went well with transferring the files from the data folder in transact to the new installation of Sierra Charts data folder. Was also able to transfer all of the following files over to the new installation except “Sierra3.cfg”. \Graphics\Buttons Accounts.config GlobalSymbolSettings.xml KeyboardShortcuts.config ListedTradeOrders.xml SCStudiesDefSettings.ini Sierra3.cfg TradeActivityLog.Data TradePositionData.xml AlertSounds When the Sierra3.cfg file from my old transact Sierra Charts is used in the new installation, Sierra Charts tries to log into the transact server not the new data server. When I put the new Sierra3.cfg back in the new Sierra Chart installation I get a normal login to the new data provider not Transact. The Sierra3.cfg has the global settings in it that I am trying to save to my new installation. But it also seems to have some old Transact login information. How do I solve this. Can you edit the Transact Sierra3.cfg and get their information out of there. Have attached the Transact Sierra3.cfg file for you to look at and fix if possible. Thank you for your help. |

Yes I defiantly need some help. Have been working on this for 3 weeks and still have questions and not up and running. This has been a nightmare for me. Am afraid to cancel my transact account so I still have 2 trading accounts open.
