Hello. I have read few other posts about graying out of tools. My PC is running at an average of 12% CPU, and Phys Mem at 30%. Cycles are cpu 10-15% and phys mem 26%-33%. I7 w/ Msi mobo and 16+ gb ddr3. Background apps are all off. Running processes limited to <40 - only the necessities. & the Tool bar, and options for other tool bars, grayed out. Within the time it took to research and write this, the tool bar is available again. Just wanted to toss that outlier into the mix - may not be high cpu usage. |
