As each New Instances has its own Trade Activity Log
And as each would have its own symbol

Is it possible to combine multiple sub-instances
into the main SC Chart Trade Activity Log for a
P/L Total of all instances combined

Any trading from a sub instance is going to be added to the main instance Trade Activity Log. So this is already the case.

If you are referring to the Trade Stats for Charts tab of the Trade Activity Log that will only show the charts and Trading DOMs from that instance only.

Under the Main Chart Trade Activity Log

(*Trades) I only get the trades made in the main chart
no sub-instances trades shown

Is there something I need the enable for it to work....?

Make sure the sub instances are not in Trade Simulation Mode:

Not sure if im understanding this correctly

At this point all chartbooks (main & sub-instance is in "Trade Sim Mode"
as i have not tried live want to make sure it's working properly

If sub Instance is in "Live Mode" and main is in "Sim Mode"
does the sub-instance trade go through as a "Live Trade".......?

Was trying to view Trade Activity Log with all settings on "Sim Mode"

Your description confirms why you do not see the sub instance trade activity in the main instance.

If sub Instance is in "Live Mode" and main is in "Sim Mode"
does the sub-instance trade go through as a "Live Trade".......?
No it will be simulated within the main instance.

I guess what has me confused is

This is what appears in the list

Main Chart (Sim1)---- Trade Sims Mode checked
Sub-Instance (Live "Account number") ------ Trade Sims Mode unchecked
Sub-Instance (Live "Account number") ------ Trade Sims Mode unchecked

So with this setting, all trade activity would appear in main chart as "Sim1".......?

If this is true then when main chart set to live mode all sub-instance would then be live......?

Update to the current version of Sierra Chart:
Software Download: Fast Update

Sub-Instance (Live "Account number") ------ Trade Sims Mode unchecked
Sub-Instance (Live "Account number") ------ Trade Sims Mode unchecked
Orders using this account number would get rejected.

There are some versions, where the orders would still be processed using the non-simulated account identifier, but they would still be simulated. In the current versions they get rejected as they should be.

If this is true then when main chart set to live mode all sub-instance would then be live......?
Yes.

Yes that does make sense. Refer to this section and the section below:
Using DTC Server for Data and Trading in Another Sierra Chart Instance: Simulated Trading in a Sub Instance

All of this is very well documented.

I have three Instances. The Trade Activity Log for the main Instance shows only trades from the main Instance.

Trade Activity Log for other instances does not open (Trade >> Trade Activity Log). All Instances are in Sim Mode.

Are these instances sub-instances started with "File >> New Instance" or are they separate installations of Sierra Chart?

With regards to the Trade Activity Log not opening, this is not due to sub-instances. This is a problem where the Trade Activity Log window is opening off-screen for some reason. Select "Window >> Reset Windows" in order to reset the position of the Trade Activity Window (along with other windows) so you can view it again. Refer to the following:
Window, CB and CW Menus: Reset Windows (Window)
