Can historical Market Depth be read by ACSIL

Can the files saved by sierra itself can be read through ACSIL? Or will it requires storing the history using ACSIL in seperate readable formats?

Is it possible to open the historical market depth file (after processing) in any other end-user tools like excel or notepad?
