I have had on-going issues on two PC's with data drops that last for a minute or more. A Sierra user said he solved this problem by installing a 2nd instance of SC on his PC. I tried this last night, but made no difference in my case. Here is the log error message when the interruption happens: DTC Client socket (1) | Close event error. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. | 2019-02-27 10:25:44 * The subject PC has been cleaned up by the repair shop, so should not be any malware, etc. Any suggestions on other things I could try to fix this? |

If the problem is caused by an external network connectivity issue of some kind, then nothing you would do on your side will resolve this. One possible solution is to run Sierra Chart on a remote server somewhere in a data center and then connect to it with Windows Remote Desktop protocol.
