There is a normal shutdown occurring. It looks as though the program is getting closed because either File >> Exit has been selected or the X at the top right of the program has been clicked. So if you are not doing that, then something is causing one of those to occur on your system and we do not know why. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Thank you for coming back to me. It is 100% sure that no one clicks on exit. What could make Sierra close itself on a blank windows system ? Sierrachart is running in a Remote Windows Server that no one logs into. 2 days on 3 everything works fine. And the other days Sierra just close itself. There are 3 sub instance of this sierra running, could this trigger a "close" in anyway ? Regards, |

We do not know why this is happening in your case. Other than to say that it is not a Sierra Chart issue itself. There is some external cause. There are 3 sub instance of this sierra running, could this trigger a "close" in anyway ? However update Sierra Chart to the current version and see if that makes any difference: Software Download: Fast Update Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
