Is there ACSIL function for access to the Alert messages posted to the SC Alert Manager. Obviously the clever SC software engineering team had already anticipated such need (as usual) and there is a way to configure SC to store/write the messages in a file. Then the file content can be parsed periodically or be tailed by an external program

But here I am asking whether there is ACSIL function to access the messages already residing in the Alert Manager for the current session of SC, without resorting to reading external files. And even better - whether such function can be invoked (as intercept) each time a new Alert message is posted to the Alert Manager by Alerts configured by the end user on various charts

I tried to search the SC documentation for such files but couldn't find anything suitable

No there is no function to access the alert messages from ACSIL. You will need to read them from the file and enable the option to save the alert messages to the file.
