Hello, I have these paid services on my account : 2019-08-02 23:59:59 UTC 2019-08-02 00:00:00 UTC Every 186 days 164.16 USD Sierra Chart Usage Time at Service Package 5 - Advanced. 2019-03-01 06:00:00 UTC 2019-03-01 06:00:00 UTC Monthly (Calendar Month) 35 USD Exchange Data Feed: 100 Real-Time Symbols (1st Connection). 2019-03-01 06:00:00 UTC 2019-03-01 06:00:00 UTC Monthly (Calendar Month) 3.25 USD Activated Exchange: Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts 2019-03-01 06:00:00 UTC 2019-03-01 06:00:00 UTC Monthly (Calendar Month) 10.5 USD Activated Exchange: U.S. Equities (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX, BATS) 2019-03-01 06:00:00 UTC 2019-03-01 06:00:00 UTC Monthly (Calendar Month) 36.75 USD Activated Exchange: TSX Equities Beginning of last week I was receiving quotes from US. Equities and TSX Equities without any problems. Last Friday Feb 15th, I started not receiving the quotes (Daily change) for the TSX products. I upgraded the platform to the last Pre-release version this Tuesday, and I don't think I have change anything else on the platform or my account. Can you please help me fix the TSX Equities quotes (Daily change) so they are working again during the regular trading hours, and let me know why they stopped working in case I did something wrong. This is the result of the Open Feed data feed being updated by our data provider Barchart. We have asked them about this and we are going to be looking into this ourselves but allow several days. Examining these types of issues is quite involved.

Thanks for the reply. Do you have any feedback on this issue and when it will be resolve ? I am trading mostly stocks from TSX everyday so it can help me manage my trading. Thanks, regards |

We did resolve this the same day but we can see that it is still a problem. We will need to do more work on it after close. We will do that.
