Hi support, Simulated trading works OK. However, when attempting to live trade signals, orders are not being sent to CTS: 1) sc.SendOrdersToTradeService is set to true 2) Trade Simulation mode is off 3) auto trading global is on 4) auto trading chart is on The attached file contains the order activity log. Can you please let me know how to get trading working? Thank you |

Yes that is it. That is a rejection from CTS. The service you are using is going to be discontinued in the coming months. Yes we can certainly start the process now. Complete the form in the setup instructions and we will contact your clearing firm. We expect this will be the most time-consuming process. The remaining details for this service just relate to support for less common exchanges and spreads and options. Otherwise, we should be getting it ready for production use today or tomorrow.
