This is probably a simple one, how do I change the color on the chart trading "Show Order Fills" box?
It is currently dark purpleish with black text.

This is explained in the documentation here:
Chart Trading and the Chart DOM: Displaying Order Fills on the Chart

Also refer to the Graphics Settings starting here:
Customizing Fonts, Colors, Line Styles, and Widths for Chart Trading, Chart DOM, and Trade DOM: Chart Trading Order Fill Buy Entry

We can see the text color is not controllable but we will add a new color setting for that.

Is there a way for the entry/exit colors to code, based off P/L?

IE only show green on the exit, if the Profit was positive?

There is not the ability to do this for the fill markers themselves.

But, there is the ability to define the Connecting Line between the fills to be based on the P/L. Refer to the following:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Color Connecting Lines Based on Profit/Loss (Global Settings >> Chart Trade Settings >> Order Fills >> Order Fills)
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

OK thanks, did see that option but not exactly what I was hoping for. No problems, thank you!
