Hi,

Is there a way to automatically place order as the price, stop, close populates in a specific cells in excel?
I couldn't find the open with "Use Excel" in "Spreadsheet System for Trading" setting like Spreadsheet study, but I would really like to get this system started.
A screen of the order cells is attached. When price and stop pops up, send an attached order. When close pops up. Close the position.
some basic functions like that. Is there a simple solution? or is a custom made option is needed?

I tried migrating to the default spreadsheet but encounter some syntax errors

=MAX(OFFSET(AW3,-AT3+MAX(OFFSET(BL3,-AT3+1,,):BL3),,):AW3)

or

Array Entered in excel

=IF(AT3=1,"",IF(BL3=2,1,IF(NOT(ISNUMBER(BL3)),"",ROW()-1-MAX(IF(NOT(ISTEXT(OFFSET(BL2,-AT3+1,,):BL2)),ROW(OFFSET(BL2,-AT3+1,,):BL2))))))

I'm no coder, and confined to basic functions / vba in excel.

I would really appreciate the help.

Thank you.

Excel is not supported for automated trading. It is just not reliable for that. It is not anything we would provide any help for.

If you cannot accomplish what you need with Sierra Chart spreadsheet formulas, then you need to use ACSIL:
