Hello SC, I am in need of help setting up a trailing stop order and these the rules I would like to implement : 1. I would like to set a 2 point stop and once position opens and goes against me, I get stop out at 2 points. 2. Trailing stop doesn't kick/start until i'm up 1 point. eg., for example if I buy EMini russell2000 and I went long (buy) at price 1450..and if it goes against me right away, I get stopped out at 1448...if it goes my way and starts going up..trailing stop starts at 1451 since I'm up 1 point...then once trailing stop kicks in, I want the trail to always be 2 points from highest price reached..so what was my stop at 1448, now is at 1449 (2 points from where I'm at now since it's 1451)...if market continues to go in my favor and keeps going up to 1458 (my trail is at 1456 now..and then goes against me...price starts dropping..i will get stop out at 1456..) .. Thank you... |
