Setting start time to first Bar of Chart and the multiplier is left @ 1 then percent change is accurate for all symbols in chart However if the multiplier is changed from anything other than 1 then there is a miscalculation I believe. For example multiplier set to 1 for a symbol in chart the result was -.13% when multiplier changed to 2, I was expecting -.26%, but result is 100% result always goes to 100% as percent change. Any suggestions? Thank you |

Are you using the Add Additional Symbol study in this chart? If so, set the multiplier on that study itself.

Add Additional Symbol study for 3 symbols and Percent Change Since Open study referencing each symbol. Changing the multiplier in the Add Additional Symbol has no effect with percent change since open. Thank you

Attached is chart book and screen shot requested. You will see a brown line wider than the blue line. In the ADD Additional symbol study,1 ZN contact has multiplier of 4 while the other ZN has multiplier of 1 ,yet they are identical in percent change. Thank you http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1547753360944.png |

We found the initial problem with the Multiplier and have fixed it. It will now adjust the calculated Percentages for the given data (it will act as you expected it to). This will be in the next Pre-Release (v 1863). When available, you can update following these instructions: Software Download: Fast Update For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
