Troubles Sierra and bitmex

Hello, I have problems with my Sierra charts and bitmex. In thé past it worked just fine. Now if i make An order on sierra charts nothing happens on the bitmex site. I checked evertthing on sierra and it should be correct. There is one thing that is different and that is that i don't have 2fa any more. I lost my phone and so lost my key tot thé bitmex account. You guys lifted my 2fa so i could Acces my account again. I don't know if that has something to do with it. Thanks in advance, Bob
