Today I started two instances of SierraChart, one on Bitcoin Data (Bitstamp) and one on Bitcoin Data (BTCChina).

I noticed last 3 days were missing (disappeared)from the daily chart, along with a few other old days.
I clicked delete and redownload data... and now I have no data in daily chart.

Here's a log:

This makes sense because this particular symbol is not valid with either of those data feeds:

HD Request # 4 - Error downloading historical Daily data for BTCUSD. Historical data file not available for symbol. | 2013-11-11 09:29:23

The valid symbols for the particular selected Data/Trading service can be found through File >> Find Symbol.

We are getting close to providing a single Bitcoin feed that consolidates all of the various sources we have and provides many more levels of market depth.

Ok, BTCUSD was from an old mtgox chart, that I had opened.

However, daily historical data feed not working on either Bitstamp AND BTCChina. Please see that. There's no mistake on my part here.

I always have chosen the correct symbol for both Bitstamp(BTC-BSTMP) and BTTCChina(BTCCNY-BTCChina). I am a heavy user of SierraChart and know how it works.

The issue i'm having it that starting this morning, the historical chart is not downloading anymore for the appropriate symbol. More than that, every time I restart SierraChart it deletes some last days from the already existing historical chart.

This is now resolved. Go to each chart and select Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.
