SC issue with candlestick wick

Hey there, for some reason the wick on a candle went rogue! (see image) How would I go about erasing this error so my indicators aren't affected? The contract is the 2yr t note. Thanks

And curious, how did this happen in the first place? This is concerning for obvious reasons.

We do not see this data error in the data that we store from CQG. So just follow through the instructions here to re-download that data:
Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method)

Also, reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

Hi again, now the scale doesn't match up to where the ticks are supposed to be. How do I adjust the tick size for the 2 yr t note? Scale shows 106 3.25/32 on the bid and the ask. See image

Hey again, I stand corrected and my apologies. I went to the CME site and effective today, the tick size changed. I was probably notified but just overlooked it. This was probably also the cause of my original issue.

But, just so you guys are aware, if you weren't already, this message is from the CME site: Effective Sunday, January 13, 2019, the minimum price increment for 2-Year Note futures will be reduced by half (to 1/8 of 1/32nd).

We are aware of this and clearly there was a problem on the CQG side transmitting some incorrect data somehow related to this we assume.

The actual new Tick Size is 1/8 of 1/32.

Update to prerelease version 1860 for proper display format support for this and you can update the tick size by following the instructions here:

Now the current issue is that even though I was able to get the tick size to show in 1/8s, and I was able to get a trade opened and closed last night, but this morning I'm not getting an order rejected message when I try to place a limit on an 1/8th (the halfs between the quarter marks), but do not get the rejection message when I try to place limits on the 1/4s.

We do not see any order rejection using the CQG FIX connection for the symbol F.US.TUAH19. We tried all 8 ticks across a single point.

Go to Chart >> Chart Settings. What is the Tick Size set to? It should be .125/32.

We see the problem now. We will have a new release out later today to resolve this. We only allowed 7 digits of precision for the 1/32 format when converting the price value into a price string FIX field which is normally more than enough, but with the 1/8 of 32nds tick size, this is causing a problem.

The solution right now is to change the Price Display Format in Chart >> Chart Settings to 1/256.
