Live data feed stopped working

Over the weekend I received a message that my data feed might be interrupted if it was a particular type and a brief description of what to do to fix it. I had no problem so I closed the message.
Q1. How do I retrieve a message such as this if I need to revisit it to follow the instructions?
Q2. Today my data is now NOT working so I assume the message was relevant to me - but I can't find how to fix the problem? (It was a special download somewhere I think.)
