Historical Charts not loading uptodate data

I just started using SC and tried loading historical data from SC Data and TD AMeritrade for TPO Value Area analysis. I only get data until Dec 27 2018 and cannot change the range on the graphics setting. How is this adjusted_ Thanks |

There is current data for that symbol being downloaded so there is no problem with that. The other things to check are: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Incorrect Chart and Session Times Settings And make sure you have scrolled the chart to the very end.
