I need the PAID phone and remote assistance please

I'm not sure I did this right but in this edit I added my e-mail address as another way to communicate to setup a time to purchase the phone and remote assistance.
I don't want to take a chance on a loss of all my chart setups and paramaters and indicators because of some mistake that I may make.
