Unable to Access OneUp Trader Account

Once I sign on to Sierra Charts and my data provider (Rithmic), I am unable to access my account with OneUp Trader. My connection board status is "Green" but under the Trading DOM, my only option is to access the SIM account where I am accustomed to seeing my OUP Account number. Also, when I go to RTrader I have no problems accessing the OneUp Account. Thanks in advance for your help, |
