MY SERVICES WERE CANCELED BECAUSE I DID NOT PAY ON TIME BUT I ALREADY SUBMITTED THE PAYMENT AND THE SERVICES IS NOT WORKING YET.

You can reactivate the recently deactivated items from this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices#RecentlyDeactivatedRecurringServices There is also a message at the top of the Control Panel that gives this information when you login. We are checking on why the Recurring Services page is having a problem. We get the same error when we try to access the information for your account. In the meantime, you can either go directly to the Exchange Data Page and activate the service and exchanges there manually, or you can let us know, in this thread, what service level (number of symbols) and exchanges you need, and we can take care of it for you. The issue with accessing the Recurring Services page has been fixed. We have gone ahead and reactivated your Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for 100 Real-Time symbols and activated the Full CME Group with Market Depth exchange and the Eurex with Market Depth exchange. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
