Running 1853. Today I did the monthly temporary connection to my trading account. I disconnected and then reconnected and Sierra went to "Not Responding." Closed and restarted and same thing. Restarted computer and Sierra same thing. I then installed 1855 and same thing. Any ideas?

We needed to think about this. Possibly there was some invalid data downloaded when you connected to the trading service causing some data errors which then subsequently caused excessive calculations. In general refer to: High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often: 30.16 - What to do if Sierra Chart is in a frozen state for an extended time due to extended high CPU usage caused by an automatically or manually opened Chartbook Do not use that existing Chartbook and open new charts for the symbols that you follow and see if you notice any data errors. And if so you need to re-download the affected data. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. While I was waiting for you I was referring to the documentation. I recall that I did add 30.33 - Dotted or Dashed Lines the other day to a chart before I disconnected and reconnected. I opened in safe mode and removed the study and restarted without an issue. However, you stated in the doc. that >= 2 Pixels in Width may cause a problem. I was only at 1. Regardless, it is now running fine.

Okay it sounds like the problem relates to a custom study. Since Safe Mode does not affect the Sierra Chart built-in studies.
