Platform is frozen and I can not do anything. This chart book used to be active until i changed few charts from 10 ticks to 2 ticks

It is best to start with the new Chartbook until you can spend time to see what the problem with the existing Chartbook is.

Ok, As I have mentioned before I have tried all these, which took all day to troubleshoot. Is there any other was i can do to fix my platform

There must be some particular setting or study configuration you are doing which is causing a problem. So the first thing to do is to avoid that. And/or start a new Chartbook.
