Is it available yet to subscribe for users who trade through Infinity Futures?

I'm told that Infinity provided AT charts - what do I need to do to access Sierra Charts?

Just spoke with Infinity - they told me I need to download your SC download and then obtain your datafeed. Also told you offer a 2-week demo for your charting. Can I do the demo and subscribe for your datafeed for this period of time?

You need to follow the instructions here to get a direct account:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_DirectAccount.html

And then you need to follow these instructions:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php

You can subscribe to the data feed during the Sierra Chart trial. This is no problem.

Your account has been activated and/or reset.

A restart is necessary if Sierra Chart is already running. Exit the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". Open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu.

thank you

I downloaded Sierra Charts from sierracharts.com - lost all the chartbooks set up from the SC download via Infinity Futures. Is there a way to get these back or did I lose them.

Trying to access the SC datafeed - here is a sshot - of the choice made and the top of the chart - there is no (M) after the symbol.

Also the time on the chart only goes to 1:46 a.m. 11/8/13.

I appreciate your help - feel free to remote to me.
Thanks

Make sure you follow step 6 here:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_DirectAccount.html

We see that you do not have the correct service selected. You need to select TransAct. Follow the instructions here:
