SC freezes (Not responding)when opening

Hi, My SC always freezes when i try to open it. The Not responding message show in my task manager. It does usually open but takes about 20-25 mins to open SC, which is obviously quite frustrating. I was wondering if this could be an SC software issue or whether i am running a program or background process that conflicts with SC. Is there any known programs that would do this?
I'm using windows 10

Most likely this is due to the particular chart and study configuration. But it can be due to other software on your system:
High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often: 30.8 - Antivirus/Anti-Malware Software

Also a Chartbook should open up in less than 10 seconds.
