Sierra Charts not working with Bitmex

Hello, Just paid $24 for sierra charts (used it before 6 months ago without problems. This time I spent over 5 hours trying to get it working with bitmex. I'd like to get this working. Im following https://www.bitmex.com/app/dtcIntegration and still doesn't work Don't know what wrong. Now I am getting forbidden 403 from bitmex, which means I cant close any of my posiutions. Costing me a lot of money trusting this garbage software, as I cant close ANY positons. I want to resolve this aswell as get an extra day refund for the time I couldn't use your software. Please help. |

To give clearer context. I'd did everything as instructed on the link. The logs were going crazy, and I never got the green connected sybol in the top right. Would always be yellow and working on connection. |

Believe I fixed it. Not sure who's side it was but there was a bug in regards to do with the API key. Recreated a new key, on a new computer on it worked. Still would like to get my 5 hours back if possible. Its been frustrating dealing twith this. |

Costing me a lot of money trusting this garbage software, This comment is applicable to BitMex only. Not Sierra Chart. Sierra Chart is top quality software. But when you are using a system like BitMex you can have and will have problems.The logs were going crazy, and I never got the green connected sybol in the top right.
