Shortcuts on keyboard are working sometimes and next time don't

Dear Sierrachart,
Thank you very much again for your so good platform.

Will you, please, help me to resolve the problem as from the subject.

I tried to use my keyboard on typing on pc and it is working. What can cause the shortcuts not working every time? I also disabled and enabled many times automatic trading comand, but it did not help.

As long as the keyboard shortcuts are enabled this is going to be an operating system level problem. One thing that might help is to run Sierra Chart with Administrator level access.

However, make sure you have not overlooked the obvious and actually have enabled keyboard shortcuts for the chart:

Thank you. Unfortunately, I did it all correct. How I can run Sierra chart with ad Administrator level access, please?
Also now one of my charts on chartbook is not taking orders at all, not from a keyboard, not from trading orders window. While other charts on the same chartbook are operative.

right click on icon and run as admin see attachment

Apparently, I discovered the roots and solution of the problem - each time when fills occur, the shortcut command will stop. So, I must first obviously close order and position window and then left click on any chart.
Is it any possibility to skip this step, please?

We need 100% precise details as to exactly what you are doing. You should have no trouble using the Trade Window. No one ever reports a problem like this.

So, I must first obviously close order and position window and then left click on any chart.
Disable this option:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Open Trade Orders Window When Order is Filled (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Notifications)
