How to set REAL TIME DATA ON SIERRA CHART providing your data

Hello, could you please advice to me how to add data for my Sierra chart account. I tried to activate for 5 USD trial for 14 days, but it seems that it is not working and I don´t see reall tick data with volume 2 data feed. Could you please help me, what necessary steps do I need to do? Thank you very much for your help. |

I sign the two contract and I recieved the third one on my email from barchart. I hope now, there are all necessary action from my side done?

The problem is you did not activate any exchanges. What markets do you need data for or want to trade? For example, what particular futures, Forex or stock symbols. You can also give us the exchanges that the particular symbol or symbols trade on. Hello, I tried to do it based on your recommandation it it worked. But I would have another question. Do I really have to pay for: REAL TIME DATA CONNECTION 35 USD and than for EXCHANGES 15.75 USD I do understand, that I have to pay a fee for exchanges as I buy this data from CME, NYBOT... but why do I have to pay for real time data connection??? Together with platform fee my monthly costs are: 33 + 35 + 15.75 = 83.75 USD every month, which is too high comparing to other providers. You do have to pay for the real-time connection because that fee goes to our data provider. There is no way to avoid that.
