platform freezing up.

I am trying to connect to sierra charts and it is green like if it is connected but the charts load to 38% and never finished loading my charts, then the platform freezes and a message log comes out. please let me know how can I fix this, thanks. I opened a chart for sp500 Nasdaq and gold and they work fine, looks like the problem is with CL only (crude) |
