Connecting to my chart book

I am an AMP customer and although my data is connected, none of my chart books will load today and Sierra keeps crashing when I try to load them. I have checked with AMP and they said that there is nothing that they can see that would point to any issues. Would you be able to advise what I can do to fix this? Thanks, |
