Hi, I'm on th 14 day trial and trying to import data from a txt file. The data is from a mutual fond that I'd like to chart and do TA. Here's how the data is formatted: Date,Open,High,Low,Close 01/02/2010,1000.5260,1000.5260,1000.5260,1000.5260 02/02/2010,1001.2870,1001.2870,1001.2870,1001.2870 03/02/2010,1002.3306,1002.3306,1002.3306,1002.3306 04/02/2010,1004.1309,1004.1309,1004.1309,1004.1309 When I try to import, I get a message that the data is downloaded but I just have a black screen. I set the global setting to no services as per the instructions. I must be doing something wrong! |

Make sure the file is located in the Sierra Chart Data folder and that the encoding is just plain ASCII. The date format should be year/month/day.
