Dear team, I recently upgraded my SC version to the latest version about 2 days ago and now I want to downgrade back to my prior version. Problem is, I cannot remember what version it was and then I chose to download the PreRelease version which is not the same. How do I search back for this prior version? The last I updated was almost 1-1.5yrs ago. Thanks. |

If you happen to have Global Settings >> General Settings >> General 2 >> Save Message Log to File enabled, then you can look in the SierraChart/Logs folder and look at one of the log files from before you upgraded. The version is listed on the fifth line down. Otherwise, the only option is to review the Version Notes and find the version that was out around the time that you last upgraded. You will find the Version Notes here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php And refer to the instructions here: Software Download: Software Rollback Procedure Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
