[Bitmex] DOM is working but not the chart

Hi, My chart for XBT and ETH in bitmex is not working at all while the DOM is still perfectly fine. I have 2 instances of sierra, one is version 1842 and the other is the released version. One uses sierrachart crypto currency data, the other uses Bitmex api. Both have the same problem. Please help. I used "delete and edit intraday data" and "delete and download data" but it only updates the chart to the current price but live data is not updating. Edit: After dropped out for about 20 mins and with multiple "delete and download data" the instance using bitmex api is working again, but the one using sierrachart crypto currency data is still malfunctioning. Okay we have the data feed restored. There was a problem with the BitMex feed on one of our servers and it must have been a problem on the BitMex side. We just reset the connection. We do have some missing data and we are going to patch that as soon as we can find a source for that data. We know BitMex has the data but we do not have the functionality to pull the historical data from BitMex. We might be able to add that quickly.
