SC disconnects from TransAct data feed when I switch to live trading

When I click the "Trade Simulation Mode On" to off, SC disconnects from the TransAct data feed. All Orders Are LIVE ORDERS. | 2013-11-04 09:56:00 Connected To Transact Price Server. | 2013-11-04 09:56:12 Invalid User or Password | 2013-11-04 09:56:14 Connection Lost To Transact Order Server. | 2013-11-04 09:56:14 I don't understand why it is saying Invalid User or Password. As far as I know, I only have one username and password for my Infinity (TransAct) account, and it works for the InfinityAT DOM and for receiving TransAct data for my SC charts (except when I try to switch to live trading) Thank you for your help. |

Make sure you have the correct Username and Password set in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. After updating those, connect to the server with File >> Connect to Data Feed. If you still have a problem, have your broker put you in contact with TransAct support. And let them know you are getting this error: Transact Futures - Connection error: Invalid User or Password. | 2013-11-04 09:56:14 The reason Sierra Chart will disconnect and reconnect to the server when going out of Trade Simulation Mode when using TransAct, is because it needs to connect to the trade server which it did not do when in trade simulation mode.
