I would like to know on whether it is possible to retrieve ES Furture transaction data into CSV? which include Bid and Ask transaction types within records

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Yes. This is supported if you are referring to whether a trade occurred at the bid or ask. That can be determined by looking at the bid volume and ask volume.
