i have three different charts open for Brent, i continually have the problem where one of them will stop loading the price data, i have tried to reload, recalculate etc. but nothing helps.

I am left with the only option of closing that chart down and setting up from new.

Is there a way to resolve these "frozen" charts?

Is the chart completely blank or does it still show a "Loading" message? There might be an out of memory condition occurring.

Provide an image of the chart or Trade DOM, by following these instructions:

the chart is not blank or loading, everything is as it should be it just stop updating price.

ie; currently price is at 67.44 in Brent all my charts show this, but one chart hasnt updated since 66.90. It has frozen at that certain time. The chart shows everything perfectly it just hasn't updated from hours ago.

Regarding memory, its running on a Xeon with 16GB ram,(using 28% of physical memory & CPU 1% according to windows) so that wouldn't be the problem.
