line tool config can not be changed

Can not get the line tool config to change, either at global settings, or the tools tab or the tool button. It always stays the same color, size, direction. It bounces back to the former setting after I "save", "load", "apply" and 'Ok",, what's up. just down loaded the latest version. thanks |
