Hi all, and thanks in advance for your help. I would like to realize a study that sends an alert in case of above average volume spikes, within the Numbers Calculated Value studies. I do have some basic coding knowledges and I am eager to learn, so any tip, link or suggestion would be highly appreciated. Thanks |

Hi 752087 Patrick Zielbaur at Infinity Futures posted a complete video on youtube detailing how to set up and use the volume filter you are asking for. Call Patrick and he will direct you to the proper title of that video so you are able to watch it. Hope this helps. Kindly please post any links of any related information on the volume filter / indicator. Thanks in advance :-)) |

Thank you, I am starting to become familiar and while I still haven' t tweaked the alert as I want to, it is really exciting for me and it showed me what an extreme powerful tool Sierra can be - especially for those more skilled. I will get back to you soon, thanks again. |

Hi All, and thanks in advance for your help. So far I have set a Background Color that alerts me if AskVolume% and BidVolume are above 70%. While this is a first step, I still get a lot of noise and I am working to find variable that can filter out additional data. In the Numbers Calculated Values there are a lot of subgraph fields, and many of them I do not understand totally (cumulative delta trades high is an example) Is there some documentation where I can learn more what each on of the field means and their behaviour? |
