Hi there, My 3 months of SC usage is coming to an end and I am being notified that I need to top the current amount of $12.88 up with $75 to ensure there is $87.12 in the account. I have another account with SC which I will be using full time now so I do not want to add any credit to this account, in fact I would like to close this account and have the funds refunded to my own personal account. How can I ensure this happens as soon as possible? Thanks, Talai |

Hi, My other account subscribes to the Sierra Chart platform via AMP futures and hence I do not think that will work. I think a refund of the £12.88 to my personal banking account that the funds originally came from would be the best idea and for this account to be subsequently closed. I would advise you to switch to prepaid debit card. You see, the biggest advantage of this type of card is that you just load them and then pay. In case you want to take the money from your card, then you should also know that withdraw from debit card is not something difficult at all! Besides, there will be no need to open a bank account. Unlike normal accounts, the money you money you make for your purchase is directly taken from your checking account. Fyi, some companies even offer mobile banking accounts that are very much similar to prepaid debit card. Oh, not to mention some banks even some banks even offer month plans for kids. These plans basically let the parents become virtual bankers of their children. Interesting right?
