Recent Update 1836/1837 Unable to connect

We have been receiving a few reports from users who have performed updates to 1836 or higher unable to complete the connection to the charts. We have made sure all internet security settings have been disabled and firewalls down. The connection fails to complete. Any idea why these users have had this type of connection refused with the latest version? Please advise.
