Two issues: - If I maximize a chart that has times and sales window open times and sales window is always on top. Chart should be on top(see screenshot). - Max Bid/Ask Depth Stacking Levels are ignored. I set it to 10 but all are displayed. Happens in all contracts(see screenshot). |

1. The Time and Sales window is Attached by default, which is why it is on top of the chart. If you do not want it on top, then on the Time and Sales window select Settings >> Attach/Detach Window. Refer the documentation here on this: Time and Sales Window: Attach/Detach Window 2. You are not displaying the Pulling and Stacking levels in the Chart DOM. Those levels are simply the Depth levels. You can control the number of levels displayed with the setting described here: Chart Settings: Maximum Market Depth Levels (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu) If you want to display the Pulling/Stacking levels, then refer to the documentation here (and the next section) for these: Global Trade Settings Windows: Bid Market Depth Pulling/Stacking - Left/Center/Right Aligned For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-11-06 18:36:22

1. If I select Settings >> Attach/Detach Window on Time and Sales window it disappears as soon as I click on another window. This makes no sense. Even the concept of linking Time and Sales to chart is questionable. I recommend to change this. This is really a simple feature that is so complicated implemented in Sierra Chart. Why not make things easy to use ? 2. Thanks it works fine. |

Agree with #1. Time & Sales is a very useful tool but the fact it cannot be locked in place on a chart (e.g. like the trade window) makes it very annoying to the point I just close it.

Post #4 does not make sense. You are stating you are agreeing with something that the user is saying completely opposite of what you are saying. Time and Sales windows do have an association with the chart for good reason, and that will not change. In the case of when you want to detach it, we will see about adding an Always on Top option for it. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Adding an Always on Top option for it would be helpful.

Thanks so for for your support but always on Top option did not help. It is stil impossible to maximize a chart without having times and sales window in front :-( Please come up with a solution. When chart window is maximized it should come in front. It should have higher priority than times and sales that should not be visible at that time(without manual intervention). |

When I minimize Time and Sales windows they do not go to the task bar. They minimize into a small title bar floating mid-display and on another display, not the one the main SC app is on. They are hard to find to re-maximize. It is a very odd user interface concept. Am I using SC incorrectly to get this situation?
