So are you referring to the zeros for the ask volume for the bars before the last two bars? If so, re-download the data by selecting Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. This does not make sense. Do you notice any change when you disable the Continuous Futures Contract setting in Chart >> Chart Settings? You must have set some kind of volume filtering in Chart >> Chart Settings. Remove it. To confirm this, open a completely new chart and the data will look correct. We have checked the data. It is all good. And the bid volume and ask volume are there. Open a new chart with only the Bid Volume versus Ask Volume study added to the chart. OK we found the problem. We were not checking the data after it was downloaded but only at the source . This is why what you were showing was puzzling because we knew it was OK there.
