Dear Support, Can you please let me know how can I display stock data (primarily historical) for the SWX stock exchange stocks? They are listed on Google Finance and tried to connect to that feed, but I am unable to display any stocks. I tried the format recommended on your site: for example ABBN-SWX instead of SWX: ABBN Also can you please let me know if they are accessible via the SC Data feed? I know, that for example ASX stocks are available there. Thank you in advance! |

This is what Barchart said: We do not carry the Swiss Stock Exchange directly but we do carry CBOE Europe which carries the major Swiss stocks - for that we have just over 2 years daily history. We will find out what the symbols are.

In regards to symbols, Barchart said this: Try http://datasrv.ddfplus.com/names/ccxe.txt or http://datasrv.ddfplus.com/names/cbxe.txt - contains all the symbols on the exchange.

Dear Support, Can you please check these symbols (for example NESN.Z.IX)? Previously (at the time when I started the thread) they worked fine, but now the last date, the daily charts display is 12 October 2018 and I receive the message: Symbol settings not found for current service. Can you please advise how can I fix this? I am connected to SC Data All Services and use SC v1842. Thank you! |

Are you trying to get historical Daily or Intraday data for these symbols? Thank you - updated to the current version (1849) and data arrives correctly (both intraday and historical), but I still get the error message: Symbol settings not found for current service. Can you please advise? |

Dear Support, I am writing regarding the same symbols (CBOE Europe data for Swiss stocks using the SC All Data connection). When I try to display charts, the last available date is 2019-06-28 and no historical intraday data is displayed and still getting the 'Symbol settings not found for current service'. Can you please let me know if this can be fixed? I am still mainly interested in Swiss stocks (ABBN.Z.IX, etc) and mostly historical data (both historical dail and intraday if available). Since 2019-06-28 there is neither historical nor intraday data arriving for these markets (charts end at that date) and receive the error message: 'Symbol settings not found for current service'. Symbol example: SOON.Z.IX, ABBN.Z.IX Is it possible to have data for these markets again? Thank you. |

Thank you and no need to apologize re the delay. I've been in touch with Barchart in the meantime and they now have a realtime feed to CBOE. Probably thats why the availability of these symbols changed. As they said, this new CBOE data is available as a non-RT feed as well. I need EOD data for these markets only. Other than this, the old symbols (SOON.Z.IX, etc) do not even work on their website (the symbols stop at end of June): https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/SOON.Z.IX/overview Thanks for your help in advance. |
