You would need to use a combination of the Arithmetic Studies (Using the Basic Arithmetic Studies). In particular, you would need to use Study Subgraph Subtract to subtract 100 from the original study, then use Study Subgraph Absolute Value on the Subgraph from Study Subgraph Subtract.
